1• JOIN THE PRINCIPLES OF 3'D WEIGHT-LOSS CHALLENGE AND LOSE YOUR FIRST 10LBS IN 4 WEEKS

WITH THIS OPTION YOU WILL BE GETTING ALL 4 FIELD TRAININGS, 4 LIVE VIRTUAL WORKOUTS, A CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN + ADDITIONAL CAMP TASKS. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT WORKOUT SCORES AND MEALS AT THE END OF EACH DAY. COST=$10,000.00

Work with us on the field, submit your workout scores to us but work with your trainers weekly tasks and meal plans etc. It is still optional for you to add some of our tasks.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THE PRINCIPLES OF TRIPLE D CHALLENGE OR JUST JOIN FOR THE FIELD TRAINING AND WEEKLY TASKS WITH A DIET PLAN. (SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN). SIGN UP NOW TO LOSE YOUR FIRST 10LBS IN JUST 4 WEEKS.
COST=$8500.00 (PRINCIPLE OF TRIPLE D CHALLENGE) AND $5000.00 (FIELD TRAINING).
GENERAL INFORMATION:
• CLEAN PLATE FOR 31 DAYS
•TRAINING 5-7 DAYS WEEKLY
• CONFIRM WORKOUT SCORES AND MEALS AT THE END OF EACH DAY.
•WE MEET ON THE FIELD FOR TRAININGS EVERY SATURDAY MORNING AT 5:30AM-7:20AM.
• 4 LIVE WORKOUT TASKS AT 5:30 AM MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED WITH WHAT TO DO DEPENDING ON YOUR PROGRAM.
